We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your retreat booking. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both participants and our organization.
To request a cancellation and refund, please contact us at least 30 days before your scheduled retreat start date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to assist@whrixxenphon.world.
Once your cancellation request is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled retreat, you may transfer your booking to another person or to a future retreat date, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 14 days before the original retreat date.
A transfer fee may apply depending on the timing of your request and the availability of alternative dates.
In the event of severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent the retreat from taking place, we will offer participants the option to reschedule to a future date or receive a full refund.
Participants who do not attend their scheduled retreat without prior cancellation notice are not eligible for refunds or credits.
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer alternative solutions.
